ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Useful Information for Your Arrival:
• Check-in
Your room will be ready for use starting from 12:00 PM. During the high season months (June, July, and August), it is possible to check in even during the night; the night porter will welcome you.
In May and September, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance if you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM.
• Early Check-in
It is also possible to arrive early between 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM, subject to prior arrangement and an additional fee, to be agreed upon with the reception.
• Parking
For our guests, we offer two paid parking areas.
We recommend booking the hotel parking in advance, as the number of spaces is limited.
The external parking lot “Manzoni” is located about 400 meters from the hotel, at the address provided below. Access to the parking lot is granted with a parking pass that you will receive at the reception. Upon arrival, a parking spot will be assigned to you. We kindly ask you to park your vehicle only in the designated spot assigned to you.
• Beach
If you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, you can still enjoy access to our private beach. Ask for the beach pass at the reception.
• Transfer
You can book a transfer by calling Taxi Jesolo or contacting our reception. For more information, please refer to the transport section below.
• Wi-Fi
You can use our network “HOTELALBATROS_WIFI” for free. The password will be provided at the reception.
DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-Out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to note the following:
Check-out time is at the reception by 10:00 AM.
If you need a few extra minutes, please inform the reception.
• Late Check-Out
Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability on the day. We kindly ask you to notify the reception in advance, even using the convenient form provided below. This service requires an additional fee; for further details, please ask at the reception.
• Beach + Parking Package
If you wish to stay on the day of your departure and use our beach and parking facilities, you can inquire about the specific rates at the reception.
• Payments
We accept payments in cash, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Reviews and Feedback
We are always striving to improve, that is why we would appreciate knowing your opinion about your stay. Visit the designated page and leave a review or feedback about our facility.
Useful information at a glance
Bathrobes are included in the price of the stay for Deluxe and Suite rooms. For other guests, bathrobes are available for rent at a cost of €5 each. You can also request beach towels at the reception for a small additional fee.
• Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome in our pet-friendly hotel, upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee. We accept only small/medium-sized pets. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool areas for hygiene reasons.
• Air Conditioning
The air conditioning is activated when the key card is inserted and operates only with the windows closed. If it does not work, please contact the reception. The air conditioning settings are automatic; if you wish to adjust the room temperature, contact the reception.
• Beverages
Water, soft drinks, wine, coffee, and more are available at the hotel bar from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Payments can be made immediately or charged to your room account and settled at check-out.
• Electric Kettle
You can request an electric kettle with cups and plates from our staff.
• Extra Pillows
Additional pillows are available for you. Please request them free of charge at the reception.
• Bicycle Storage and Charging Station
You can safely store your bicycles in the garage, which will be locked by our staff starting at midnight. We also provide an electric bike charging station upon request. For more information, please contact the reception.
• Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors that are triggered by cigarette smoke, including electronic cigarettes. Therefore, we kindly ask you to smoke on the terrace with the doors closed to avoid setting off the alarm. A €500 fee will be charged for sensor cleaning and alarm deactivation if the rule is violated.
• Room Electricity Management
All rooms are equipped with a Smart Home system that activates electricity by inserting the key card into the designated slot at the room’s entrance.
• Reading Materials
You can access the “Vivi Jesolo” magazine for free on the ground floor.
• Payment Methods
We accept payments in cash, debit cards, Mastercard, and Visa.
• Meal Times
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM (à la carte)
Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (à la carte)
Entry for half-board dining is from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Quiet Hours
We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.
• Control Panel
At the entrance of the room, there is a control panel where you can adjust the temperature, turn the air conditioning on or off, and activate the “Do Not Disturb” button.
• Parking
Two parking areas are available for guests for an additional fee. We recommend reserving the hotel parking in advance, as spaces are limited. The external “Manzoni” parking lot is located about 400 meters from the hotel at Via Pordenone 470. Access to the parking lot is granted with a parking pass provided at the reception. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a designated parking spot, and we kindly ask you to park only in the assigned space.
• Cleaning and Linen Change
Our rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linens are changed every three days or upon request, while towels are replaced daily. Please place towels on the floor if you wish to have them replaced. Room cleaning is completed by 3:00 PM; notify the reception for special cleaning requests or if you have pets to establish a suitable schedule.
• Reception
Our reception is available in person from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. You can also contact us via phone or WhatsApp.
• Children’s Services
For our little guests, we offer a garden with toys. Additionally, bottle warmers, toilet seat reducers, bathtubs, bed rails, and babysitting services are available upon request.
• Magnetic Card
Your magnetic card opens the door to your room, the night entrance, and the pool. For security reasons, the main entrance will be closed by our staff starting at midnight. After the central gate is closed, you can access using the card through the side door (located via the ramp) or from the internal parking door by placing the card on the reader.
• Upgrade
In addition to the Standard room type, our hotel offers the following options: Comfort, Sea View, Deluxe, Deluxe Sea View, and Suite. Upgrade rates are available at the reception.
• Wi-Fi
You can use our network “HOTELALBATROS_WIFI” for free. The password will be provided at the reception.
• Mosquito Nets
All rooms on the fifth and sixth floors are equipped with mosquito nets.
At Hotel Albatros, you have the option to rent our regular bicycles free of charge or our e-bikes for a fee.
All bicycles are equipped with locks and are numbered. The lock keys must be requested at the reception and returned after use. At the end of use, the bicycles must be placed in the designated spaces and locked.
It is not possible to reserve the city bikes available free of charge. They can only be rented based on availability and upon request in person at the reception.
• Reserving an E-Bike
To rent an electric bike for a fee, please contact the reception or complete the form below at least 24 hours in advance. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm your reservation.

If needed, you can request beach towels at the reception for a small additional fee. Bathrobes are also available for rent at €5 each. Bathrobes are included in the stay price for Deluxe and Suite rooms.
For your use, we provide sun loungers, umbrellas, a children’s area with plenty of toys, and bar service. For more information, we invite you to view the attached regulations.

Private Beach
Access to our private beach is a service included in your stay and provides one umbrella and two sun loungers per room.
At check-in, we will provide you with a beach pass that will allow you to access the beach, located about 50 meters away. You can occupy any free spot, including the numbers indicated on the beach pass.
To use the restroom on the beach and the safety box in the umbrella, please request the appropriate bracelet at the reception. You can then activate it from the beach restroom.
Your four-legged friends are welcome at our pet-friendly hotel, upon request and for an additional fee, subject to availability. Below are some rules to follow for a pleasant stay with your furry companion.
In case of unavailability, the management reserves the right to deny the stay. Therefore, please notify us in advance if you will be staying with your pet (via phone, email, or the online booking form).
For safety reasons, only small/medium-sized pets are allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding! Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or swimming pool areas for hygiene reasons. However, the restaurant terrace has a dedicated area with tables specifically for guests with pets.
We also kindly ask you to inform our staff if you have pets in your room to arrange a suitable cleaning schedule.
